Live Business, a UK‑based company delivering live entertainment for TUI BLUE hotels across the Mediterranean, is recruiting Audio‑Visual Technicians (Live Entertainment) for the 2026 Summer Season in 4 and 5‑star international resorts. The role involves supporting live shows, cabaret sets and daytime activities, ensuring a smooth and professional technical experience for performers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sound, lighting, LED screens and show control systems for entertainment and production shows.
- Build and update QLab sessions, download new content during the season and maintain organised files.
- Provide technical support for live acts, cabaret sets and daytime activities.
- Carry out soundchecks and basic show preparation.
- Keep technical booths and working areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Communicate clearly with the Live Business technical team and follow operational updates.
Essential Requirements
- Basic experience in sound and lighting setups (LED screen experience is an advantage).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn.
- QLab experience is desirable; full training is provided.
- Self‑employed status (mandatory).
- Availability from mandatory pre‑season training in March until approx. 31 October.
- EU passport or EU residency required.
Training
- Mandatory paid pre‑season training (6–7 days):
- 23 Feb – 1 Mar (5‑star hotels)
- 10 – 17 Mar (4‑star hotels)
- Location: Türkiye
- Flights, transfers, room and meals included.
